_Bat_ Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 Congratulations, and enjoy all this brand new experience for you, do not worry about things at school, I kind of have everything under control, but it would not be a bad idea if you bring your son to help out to fix some problems that I have trying to change domain to machine , or he could help me with a problem to convert RIS images to WIM format........ anyway, see you soon Ricardo Moorside High I'm sure Craig will have him trained pretty soon. Most toddlers play with large toy bricks to build... well I'm sure THEY know what they are building. Not an edugeek toddler though... thats what motherboards, graphics cards, RAM, processors and network cards are for. Congratulations mate!

Gatt Posted June 3, 2007 Author Posted June 3, 2007 Hayley's still in hospital Shes got some sort of infection (temp going up to 39.9C at times!!) she's got fluid seeping from her C-Section wound which may be part of the infection. Antibiotics arent touching the infection, and docs have no idea where or what the infection is... And to cap it off, this morning i get a txt from her to say they wanna do a chest x-ray as she complained about a pain in her ribs - so they wanna rule out a possible blood clot (Irony is she gets a daily injection that is supposed to prevent this!!) And still no word from my school as to where i stand on leave! Think my stress levels are at an all time high...
russdev Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Sorry to hear of troubles... In Salford city lea according to goolge you have 3 days compassionate leave then director of hr (with agreement of head I suspect) can authorise more depending on situation. http://www.salford.gov.uk/wlb.doc Russ
alonebfg Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 My best goes to you and partner and i hope it all gets better soon. As far as work is conserned i would not not worry about it consontrate on other things and just contact your hr like russ says. If they do start getting funny get union involved I know most schools would not be to worryed about time off in your case.
