But, as an (already mentioned) 8 year old boy....that would've made no sense to me! Why would you send someone who doesn't know how to fire a blaster?

But he sits there with his blaster ALREADY levelled at Solo!

 

And Solo WOULD have shot first, if he gets his hands on HIS blaster (as he does in the original!).

The first 3 films look fantastic in HD, quite a surprise when I'd only seen them at the cinema many moons ago. The 3rd one in particular stands out.

 

The old films look great, some nice touches in Star Wars (only managed to get through 1-3 and Star Wars on Saturday) like a really loud 'doink' when the Storm Trooper hits his head.
