Amen to that, I'm gutted I'm missing their Glasto set on Sunday...anyone got a ladder and some chloroform? (one for the wall,t'other for security guards)

You get the idea. Cider is a lovely drink, but then some bright spark then said "put ice in it" and made it the best drink in the world. Dave Grohl is to music what ice is to cider. Amen.

Had the pleasure of seeing the Foo's about 6 years ago with EODM supporting, Mr Grohl even pounded the skins when the FF's took the stage...Gnarley.

 

I see your point, however QOTSA/EODM/Tenacious D are all on top of their sound (in my book)...with or without 'Big Dave'

 

Just wish I'd have been able to see Nirvana!

Love the Dixie, Saw them live at Download a few years ago. The entire day i was accosting random people (normaly in or around the coffie tent) virtually demanding that they go see the brilliance that is Hayseed Dixie

You might like Richard Cheese, he covers rock/rap songs in swing style.

 

There is a band that does it with polka style music, cant for the life of me remember the name though.
