strawberry Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Have just lost the second decent account manager in a year and once again their replacement is just not up to scratch. Anyone happy with their toner suppliers?
glennda Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 look at silicon alley and their inkwell system. Essentially they fill a cuboard (that they supply!) in your store room full of toner and then once a month you do a stock check and they then send you an invoice for what you have used and also the toners to replace whats in there.
turnew Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Would strongly recommend checking QC Supplies out. Excellent Service and Pricing QC Supplies (UK) - Buy office supplies and computer consumables online
powdarrmonkey Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I'm very happy with Insight (web ordering, edu pricing and free NDB on anything, it's especially attractive).
Jamman960 Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 I've been using CPLTD for our toners, the compatibles they've supplied for our HP 3505's have been excellent and often last longer than the 6k page rating. The delivery is pretty much always next day, I had to place an order last night at 16:40 as our secretarys printer ran out of toner and I'd used our spare just before leaving. One quick call to Joe and we've had 2 toners delivered already(arrived at 9am) James 1
36Degrees Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 We tend to use either IDNS, Insight or Probrand depending on who's cheapest at the time.
gl3nnym Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 We use Lasertech. They have a rewards systems as well and quite often send treats with a larger order :-)
chrbb Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Local branch of Cartridge World. Refills, compatibles or OEM brilliant service! They deliver and will pop in and clean out the printer for us - we also ask their advice for what new printer to buy and if it will take refills.
dgsmith Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 We use Lasertech. They have a rewards systems as well and quite often send treats with a larger order :-) We stopped using lasertech when their compats were almost as expensive as the OEM cartridges from my cheapest suppliers. In fact, lasertech had the most expensive compatible cartridges when we last used them 2yrs ago! One thing I will say was the service from our local guy was A+ and couldn't fault him, but the prices just weren't up to scratch. Does the OP want compatible or OEM suppliers?
