With Windows XP multiple monitors, is it possible to make an application always load on a specific monitor? Specifically, I am trying to make Internet Explorer open in full screen kiosk mode on the second monitor output.

Is this possible?

If you have an nvidia card and enable the nview desktop manager you can assign profiles for different apps and have them open on a certain monitor or last monitor etc.

Thanks for the help. I will probably be getting an Nvidia card for the computer (it is a new computer anyway). I'll be trying Ultramon, also though.

Just a small note on compatibility... If you're looking to go for a 3 screen or more multi-mon setup then whatever you do, check on the multimon site for possible configurations BEFORE you buy your second card.

For myself I've stuck with ATI and Matrox cards and had no problems.. Nvidia's however caused no end of problems even with other NVidias so be warned..

Bearing in mind that this experience is now 18 months out of date and certainly doesn't take into account PCI-e, etc.. so pinch of salt required.. just be warned is all..
