GrumbleDook Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 Wow ... wasn't it a coincidence that Leon was around in the morning to video someone from EduGeek ... at that person happened to be you :-D And no editting needed either ....
Ric_ Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 Did he comb his hair just for the interview? yes
Kyle Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 Well done that man........................great interview.
john Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 http://www.l4l.co.uk/ Oh dear. Your cover's out and blown now. Good video though, nice to see our illustrious founder
ChrisH Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 Did he comb his hair just for the interview? yes aye good interview.
tosca925 Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 and i thought he had combed those locks for us Edugeekers.
webman Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Go Dos_Box! I must say you look nothing like your avatar 8)
ChrisH Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Ironically it's blocked by the CLEO Smartfilter Now theres a suprise.............
Joedetic Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Aye good interview...I do however feel that it's only fair you photoshop some longer hair onto your avatar
Dos_Box Posted January 18, 2007 Author Posted January 18, 2007 I was harried when this was done. I was shaking hands and saying my goodbyes before catching my train home and Leon turned up with a camcorder and tripod. I has minutes to spare. A more relaxed interview, possibly in an armchair with a glass of whiskey in front of an open fire may be more productive in the future. Besides, I'm still going 'Do I really sound and look like that?'. The person who described me as a bad Meat Loaf tribute may have a point I fear.
webman Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 "Hi, I'm Chris Byers. You may remember from such peer to peer support groups such as Edugeek."
Dos_Box Posted January 18, 2007 Author Posted January 18, 2007 Heh. I wonder if my bosses will see this?
ChrisH Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Ric said he was stood next to you... I wondered what the long shadow was
tosca925 Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Heh. I wonder if my bosses will see this? Surely they won't tell you to get your hair cut?
john Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Now who was moaning on about IT dudes hair on here the other week, oh I remember it was HBJB, perhaps he needs a visit And the Meatloat comment, actually yeah I can see him in you DB, but I am meaning it in a nice way, whats your singing like?
GrumbleDook Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Hair? At least he has some ... there are some of us how have a solar panel fora a sex machine in the middle of our heads (it is *not* a bald spot!) Admittedly my solar panel is large enough now to power a couple of PowerEdge 6950s (aka 'The Beast' as used at BETT on the EduGeek stand)
ITWombat Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Heh. I wonder if my bosses will see this? I don't get it DosBox (are we allowed to use your real name now?). What's eduGeek go to do with your employers? It's done in your own time (as if teachers always use PPA for curriculum stuff) and you've never done a Indie Girl style expose (sorry can't do the accent on the e). Have they had complaints from members of NAHT,SHA or BESA? p.s. I wouldn't say Meatloaf. More Rupert Goodwin's slightly better looking brother

russdev Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 I don't think he wants to go into great detail not complaints it is hard line db has to tread to bring you this site but don't worry that is all got to say... Not about what does at home it is about what he comments on the site when connected to his work. Russ
