edu live bad word list

does any one have a list of bad words that I can add to the bad word filtering for live@edu?

Here's my list. I have combined the two linked above with mine to create a single huge list (minus duplicates). This one has 1,217 bad words!!!

 

PEO. Does Live@Edu allow wildcards? If so, a lot of the variations could be removed.

not sure but I should imagine you would have to be careful, not to alienate normal words.

The length of the property is too long. The maximum length is 8192 and the length of the value provided is 52632.

Half an hour listening to the kids is enough to gather a comprehensive list!

After some experimenting, sending sweary emails to our ICT teacher, I've found that Live@Edu does have a limit on the size of the list (as PEO said) and doesn't take wildcards.

 

I've used webman's list, instead of Arthur's.

I have been looking at this for our college and the solution I have used to get around the 8192 size limit for the bad word list is to create a set of rules that filter the subject or mail body against a list of entered words, a pain since you have to enter all words and phrases one by one, but at least you can build up a comprehensive filter system.
