tech_guy Posted April 20, 2010 Author Posted April 20, 2010 48 in a few days time and feeling every day of it [a bout of sciatica has started (my first experience of this) and it does NOT feel good] My sympathies - I've had it on and off for the last three months & the GP has run out of ideas now but the physical exercises I've been shown to do by the physiotherapist do help although it can be murder to do them sometimes. 1
