this does raise a point why doesn't edugeek have an official 24/7 irc channel?

 

I think a forum is better, then I can always search for info. Whereas the irc is instant help(maybe) it can't be searched.

It's not wasted time And it sure can be alot quicker to get a response on IRC than on the forums. Let's just say we've stimulated Edugeek with threads at the same times, from various users and accounted for current trends, where technical posts get blindly ignored, and casual posts get four pages of replies. The tech question was asked and answered, there was no need to search or sift through the forums for the thread, its directly infront of you.
