Saw this and thought it was worthy of a caption competition.

 

To me it looks like he's saying "And now, I will eat this invisible after eight mint. It is only wafer thin!"

Possibly completely unfunny and just my crude mind at work again, but all I can think is:

"And did you know Alistair Darling is only this big? LOLz!"

 

And yes, David Cameron would says "LOLz", but in the standard, incredibly-unhip-Dad-trying-too-hard way he does everything these days.
