ajbritton Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 It's my birthday.. Woo hoo! I'm 40 years old.. Doh! Not surprisingly it doesn't feel much different to being 39 (or 38, or 37 etc...), but I'm looking forward to getting nicely tipsy and eating loads of chocolate. Senility beckons...
alonebfg Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 good for you happy birthday as they say life begins at 40 but i have a while to wait happy birthday.
speckytecky Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 It's my birthday.. Woo hoo! I'm 40 years old.. Doh! Not surprisingly it doesn't feel much different to being 39 (or 38, or 37 etc...), but I'm looking forward to getting nicely tipsy and eating loads of chocolate. Senility beckons... I remember my 40th, no problem; still felt relatively young. Come the 50th though psychologically it was a killer and the overused body also started to develop a lot more creaks and groans. Make the best of it I’d say!
Joedetic Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 So if you're single you're effectively zero...making you a minor and therefore unable to drink...... That's no fun! But at least it'd cancel out your 40th
alonebfg Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 well that no good as the person i feel is 10 years older than me i dont think thats right i thing you as old as you feel.
