Hiya Fellow Edugeeker's

 

I'm looking at updating my PC gaming collection and have been looking at Prototype from activision,

 

Has anybody here had a shot and if so whats your thoughts on this compared to any other new releases, feedback mucho appreciato :cool:

 

p.s I have a good rig so dont worry about minimum spec!

I enjoyed it but as usual got bogged down about 60% through by doing too many of the side games ... and haven't played it for 3 months + my button mashing exceeds my patience at learning "moves" ...

 

although it could have more to do with my recent engagement :-)

8GB Ram

Geforce 9800GTX

4TB HD

All three of us here play Prototype. It's brilliant. Played it through to the end and thouroughly enjoyed it. Good story, but it's a popcorn game. Just play it and don't think about it too much. A bit like GTA and Assasins Creed. PC Gamer gave it 86%.

 

Have a look at Overlord 2 as well. That's the current game in here at the moment.

Demigod - Awesome RTS, various playable "demigods - assassins and generals" multiple setups per character, and mutliplayer which is a hoot.

lol how is a RTS in any comparison to Prototype :confused:
