Haptic Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Hiya Fellow Edugeeker's I'm looking at updating my PC gaming collection and have been looking at Prototype from activision, Has anybody here had a shot and if so whats your thoughts on this compared to any other new releases, feedback mucho appreciato p.s I have a good rig so dont worry about minimum spec!

My roomates got it on the PS3 along with its sister "Infamous", and tbh I only saw him playing both for a couple of days and then he got bored.

Luke_T Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 I enjoyed it but as usual got bogged down about 60% through by doing too many of the side games ... and haven't played it for 3 months + my button mashing exceeds my patience at learning "moves" ... although it could have more to do with my recent engagement :-) Luke ps: it is fun though! some laugh out loud and oo this is fun moments...

ninjabeaver Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 All three of us here play Prototype. It's brilliant. Played it through to the end and thouroughly enjoyed it. Good story, but it's a popcorn game. Just play it and don't think about it too much. A bit like GTA and Assasins Creed. PC Gamer gave it 86%. Have a look at Overlord 2 as well. That's the current game in here at the moment.
