Looking at that option it isn't on ours it's got under teacher roles a teacher who left years ago, me and no one else (I'm not a teacher) so I think that may have been for SLG1 not SLG2?????

The above route is correct for SLG 1, however for SLG2 you'll want Routines | Active Directory Provisioning | Add Staff/Students/Parents

Then you will need to go to the MyAccount webpart and consolidate the accounts from within sharepoint.

If you want to link the SLG accounts with standard network accounts, yes.

There is a report you need to run. For us, it is the 'ADP-Staff User Account List' report in the staff node of the Focus section of the report browser.

Depends on if you're using System Manager to create all the windows accounts not just SLG

If you aren't then you don't need to find their password for sims you'll need to go to Active Directory and SLG container then usually your school name/abbreviation then users you'll find the user their change this to something password for instance and then log into the SLG site and consolidate.

Have you updated to the latest set of reports from the last SIMS update you installed?
