kmount Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Teamviewer's alright if both parties are on Windows. I use logmein because it works from my linux desktop here to support windows clients, not sure about GotoAssist.

It is slightly different to what you wanted; the client requesting support has to download a small client (could be hosted on your website though) but said client removes itself after you have finished. ssiruuk2 Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 I use Secure Meeting by Juniper Networks. You do need their SSL VPN also mind you as its a bolt on to that so not a cheap option
