None of the issues were of Gemini's making, but on both occasions, James has personally called me to help out, and give me some unrelated help over our hosting project as an added bonus. Good service is rarely recognised, but James has really impressed so far. My only connection with Gemini is as a customer. I think they have connections with Heart Internet. So, if anyone is looking for inexpensive hosting, Gemini are probably worth a look.

Goscomb, Rapidswitch and B&P have all gone out of their way to help me, and they're not much more expensive (sometimes even cheaper, less overhead) than biggies.
