What did you learn at BETT 2009?

[vikpaw]

..... * That Dos_Box never disconnects from the intricate matrix that is EduGeek:

It was the funniest thing when our esteemed eduGod was demonstrating the site to a newbie and struggling to find the log off button, proclaiming "I can't log off, where's the log off button, SHAUN!. . . .".

* Free is an alien concept to many people:confused:

* USB launch buttons are awesome:D

* Microsoft Surface is too cool for school:cool2:

* Americans shouldn't drink under the age of 25 - there's a reason for the limit!

* When an Englishman, Scotsman and an Indian get together all manner of fun ensues.

[Ric_]

* A certain member that now works in Saudi is a bad influence! - stopping me going to bed until 4.55!!!

* The majority of BETT technology can be more easily applied to the pornography industry rather than education

*Not to go to an exhibition when you are running a temperature and should be in bed

*The way to get an EduGeek mug is to ask politely (actually makes point one worth it )

*There's lots of cool stuff out there for schools

*We couldn't afford the cool stuff

[Domino]

*Edugeeks and wide-boy businessmen don't mix

*the majority of Shaun's thought processes can be applied to the porn industry

*Sending stuffed animals to document the stands is much more fun than you'd think....

*It's worth going every year.

*EduGeek USB Launch buttons are awesome.

*It's a load of fun going as a group. (Thanks Kev, Ben, Steve, Andy and Chris)

*There's ALWAYS time for pizza.

*The smaller independent stands may not look the best, but the people manning them are (Thanks to Ruckus with Net-Ctrl, Smoothwall, ABTutor and of course Edugeek).

*I'm going to support Edugeek even more this year.
