Low Profile PCIe Graphics Card

Can anyone recommend a low profile (for Micro ATX case, so will need adaptor bracket) PCIe x16 graphics card, which has dual output on it (so I can use the extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor) option.

We use a Geforce 8400GS, it has VGA & DVI-I output so you could use either a VGA screen & a DVI screen or two VGA screens. Any use?

I had one from Dabs, nvidia chipset, for about £30 I think.
