I'm not a massive football fan, but isn't that double the existing world record? Something like £50 million?

Yes, Zidane, from Juv to Real M.

He turned the offer down too.

You wait until the end of Jan, transfers will be going through for 200mil +

I would think Man-U will sell Ronaldo for £200 mil.

Its been rejected already... lol?

I know. But to be honest - I would reject it, becasue if I was first or second on the list to get, I woul dknow they really wanted me, then I woul dhold out for more money. They will end up paying £130 mil for him, then giving him 300K a week I think.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

They could buy out West Ham with the money they are spending on one player.......

Correct. Would you buy Westham for 150 mil though?

The Arab who owns Man City, has about 10% of the worlds money. Now, thats a joke.

Who would you buy if you had unlimited funds at Man city?

Torres? Messi? Aguero?

As a Manchester City fan, I don't care how much the Club spends! I want Messi, Kaka, Aguero, Buffon, Terry and that :censored: CRISTIANO RONALDO so we can make him sit and waste away on the bench for 5 years :D :D

In all honesty though, I dont think whats happening in English football with all these buyouts is actually any good for the game. City have a proud tradition of bringing through young, talented footballers. In addition, the fans have never taken themselves too seriously. I can see that this newfound fortune will change these things for the worse...

this offer has been turned down now, he isn't going.

Yes - alredy stated 3 times. :-)

I think you will do well with what you have, but come next year, Man city will be unstopable!!!!

Remember paper talk is usually a load of crap. And Sky Sports isnt usually much better

They're just working themselves into a frenzy because the transfer windows = easy work and lazy reporting. Just make up any old crap.

Will City buy in January? Of course. But I would be extremely surprised if they get anyone massive, just cant see it, certainly not for the sums of money being reported anyway

The players just dont want to go there yet because they arent in the CL, whatever the money on offer. They got lucky with Robinho, its only because Madrid didnt want him to go to Chelsea that he ended up there.

Cant see Kaka and the like even think of going there tbh
