IE home page hijacks with tinyurl popup

anyone else suffering from IE home page hijacks altering it to a tinyurl that constantly pops up.....

 

looks like some of the pop ups are trying to go to http://drivemagari.com/

 

what software do other NM's employ to protect their networks against spyware, ad-aware and other nasties...

 

we use CA etrust antivirus.

Ad-aware SE is still probably the best out there, but alternatively a re-image will definitely sort out the problem.
