tri_94 Posted June 18 Posted June 18 Hi there We have moved to exchange online and started to use New Outlook due to public folders and shared mailboxes etc. We have found New Outlook works much better then Office 2024 Outlook or Office 365 Outlook and we now are experiencing some users that when they try and print any email it just shuts New Outlook and doesn't print. They can print from Outlook online, or Classic Outlook fine. We have removed and readded the printer, its set as default. New user profile. Disabled "Use graphics acceleration when available" in Edge Updated New Outlook and Edge to latest version Any one come across this issue? Thanks

OLPTech Posted June 18 Posted June 18 We've had this problem for nearly 2 years now, Microsoft still haven't fixed it on the New Outlook client. Yeah printing to PDF works just not actual printers.

OLPTech Posted June 18 Posted June 18 I've tried adding the printers manually, tried different printers but it still does it. When it crashes from what I remember there will be log under application in event viewer and it says WebView2 runtime or something. When we were researching it before loads of people online are moaning about it as well. The only workaround we're telling people at the moment is if they need to print an email do it from the online one or use Classic. It's a pain but I know that's stopping some people from updating to the new version of Outlook
