Starbug1 Posted May 13 Posted May 13 Anyone else get errors such as "This page isn't working" "HTTP ERROR 500" when accessing Arbor, or is it just us?

Starbug1 Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 We only had 1 user reporting it; I got the same error, so immediately reported it and asked on here, however however as soon as I did that, it has started working! So must have been a very temporary glitch.

Noxid_w Posted May 22 Posted May 22 Yes it's down for us and the rest of our trust. I've also heard some other schools in the area is having problems. We get: Sorry, something went wrong Try refreshing the page and starting again. If the problem continues, there are two options depending on your support plan: Arbor supported: Press here to send an email to our Support Team using our Contact Us form (the error ID will be added automatically). Partner supported: Please get in touch with your Support Partner, and let them know the error ID below.
