steveo2000 Posted October 14, 2025 Posted October 14, 2025 Hello Does anyone have any suggestions for some software for compliance and operation management for a school? Preferably with some sort of sync with Bromcom or SSO with Office 365
TechMonkey Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 What are you looking for? If I'm on the right track you can just use Excel, but I'm assuming you want something more than that? What are you trying to achieve? 1
steveo2000 Posted October 15, 2025 Author Posted October 15, 2025 (edited) Hello! Thanks for the reply. So I’m looking for some software to upload policies and procedures too that can alert us to when they maybe due for review. Something like Every HR but I’m just wondering what others may use? I’d like it to hold things like Health and Safety info and items about the Estate. A helpdesking system would also be a bonus to assign tickets and asset management. thanks again! noelmm Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 We use Every compliance as well as their asset management modules and ticket system for our site team so staff can raise issues. I would say the compliance side and ticketing system works well, the asset management module is a little more basic in its functionality than I would like though. 1
River Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 We use SharePoint and Power Automate to manage Polices - reminder emails for when they need reviewing, approval process that then creates PDFs, looking into uploading the PDFs to various locations as the next part of the process. 1
andyfield Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 I’ve been looking at similar products. Take a look at Iam Compliant. Looks really powerful and cost effective. https://www.iamcompliant.com 1
Andrew_C Posted October 16, 2025 Posted October 16, 2025 We use "Smart Log" - not necessarily a recommendation. As a user there are weirdnesses I've not got to the bottom of. Some tasks crop up more often than they should. For example, a test isn't done in August, it gets marked as a pass in September with a note to the effect that Septembers test supersedes the task during the hols, but then another copy of the test crops up a few days later. It is probably designed like that, not allowing for how schools work.
