Received a FOIA request from the recepient and having a search can see that it's a common ploy by the individual. Also sent to Bright Futures Trust https://www.bright-futures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/FOIMFreeboroughJuly25.pdf

 

I'm uncomfortable with replying as some of the questions are sensitive to how we work and don't want to be forthcoming with that information to what looks like a sales call. Surely we don't have to give them contract values and all that?

 

There is absolutely no way i'd use this company for any quotes/work with the way they go about their business!

We've had this, there may be some questions you can avoid answering but the majority will need an answer. We didn't answer section 6.

Talk to your DPO - you might be surprised how some FOI's can be batted away.

I tend to agree with the Trust's that have refused to provide most of the information on cyber security grounds.....

We also received the same request. DPO advice was to ignore several of the questions asked especially around contracts / sensitive data etc.
