Digital Signing software like DocuSign

Hi everyone,

 

What are you all using for collecting a  digital signature?

 

We are looking for something to sign contracts, etc.

 

Ideally if it can integrate with GSuite then even better.

We use SigningHub, similar to Docusign with all the built in mechanisms to prove they signed it.  Don't know about cost I'm afraid.

We got it as part of our Foxit license. Seems to work and not to arduous to use.

That looks good but unfortunately we cant use it. I think you need a business account.

"The account can't be upgraded with Business features yet."

We are using Adobe Sign at the moment, it's included within our Adobe CC license

eSignature is available to Google Workspace for Education but you need Education Plus to use it.

We use Adobe Sign but had to purchase a Pro license as I thought out our LGfL purchased Adobe Creative Cloud license was OK as it included Acrobat Pro.....  Guess what part of Adobe Acrobat Pro isn’t included in the Creative Cloud ETLA license subscription!

No complaints and the pricing was really competitive.

As other have said - built in if you have Plus licenses on Google Workspace and its really good - we make extensive use of it across the Trust along with document approval. Plus is worth it for the elevated security tools - but end users also get all the bells and whistles - this being just one on many features. So worth considering if you have Workspace and are on Fundamentals.
