SIMS Connected Down?

Not able to log in to SIMS Connected, keeps crashing at the blue windows screen and it refuses to accept to my login details for the support portal. Tried changing the password but shows an error and talks about a SIMS Summer update over the weekend. Anyone else struggling?

 

Advance notice of a SIMS Upgrade

Over the weekend of 27-29th of June we are planning to upgrade SIMS Connected to the Summer release. Services to SIMS connected will be suspended during your local weekend period and resume before the start of your new working week.

Yes!!!! It was working this morning after the update but last half hour has made our ticket system explode with SIMS not working.

Few of the local schools are grumbling about not being able to log on too so I don't think it's just you!

We are experiencing issues to.  We are able to log on but not much else!

Looks like ESS are paying good money for a server farm powered by Netburst powered Xeons. With no air con.
