Windows 2000 pro install in French, need it in english asap!

Having installed Win 2000pro on a machine and booted up after install everything is in french! i have tried changing this through the control panel and regional settings etc...no joy.

I've read about MUI packages but cannot find anywhere to download them. Microsoft site tells me they send them out apparently. i only need the english package if anyone has any idea where i can download this or find it.

so do you need a copy in English then or what - never did get the hang of foreign languages despite spending the last six years in Portugal. I only managed there to learn how to order a beer.

Yup, each version of windows has a different lanugauge CD, and the same goes for service packs.

Well thats stupid! Then again i have said these words about alot of windows OS. Microsoft should come with an EASY wasy of changing the operating language like any dvd player or whetever would, even if it involves downloading a language pack from their website.

Believe it or not people can speak more than one language these days. Apparently not half the pupils at this school though 8)
