supportman Posted January 7, 2025 Posted January 7, 2025 Any reason you don't want to just "DIY" - I can barely hold a screwdriver the right way and mines been fine for 2.5 years Simply the recurring credit card cost, but I've no problem with doing it DIY so will probably go that way.

msi_school Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 Presumably the payment method. Why is a monthly credit card payment so hard for a finance department, I know it doesn't fit ther normal process but when does anyone care if an IT request doesn't fit our normal process?
