Leasing of Devices

This might be fine , but when you want more iPads that takes you to over 100 x devices have you tried to get a quote from them, you may fall off your chair at the price.

 

We have Meraki and it's not that cheap, to be honest. Most recent licences worked out at £28.21 and that covered each Ipad for six-years which is £4.70 a year. Not sure how that compares to others. We have Meraki switches and wifi so integrates well for us.

Yes - 100 is free, for device 101 you need to buy 101 licences. And they're not cheap. But we've got 50 of the things so it's fine for our needs.

Another thing to consider is charging and storage of the devices when not in use. You also need a contingency plan for what to do when a child brings their iPad in with no charge, or forgets to bring it in, or it is offsite being repaired.
