Help me identify this film.

It's a scene at night, in a city.

Person hiding/running away.

They end up one side of high metal railings or a gate.

Someone on the other side of the railings maybe you're lead to believe they are going to help them.

Then the first person is stabbed by the second person.

A bridge might feature in the scene.
