What spec is your SCCM/WDS/MDT Server

As the title really, We've currently got a single fat image that we deploy via FOG. Was thinking of a different approach.

 

I guess most are running this on a VM now?

 

I hear good things about WDS/MDT and i understand WSUS can go on the same server?

we have a standalone server for wds/mdt

 

4vcpus, 4gb ram and a C drive for OS, D Drive for WDS/MDT Data

We split SCCM and SQL across two VMs - each has 4 cores and 16Gb of RAM.

There's very little resources needed, it mostly functions as a file server so you'll need a decent fast disk and a decent network connection.

 

*edit, that was for mdt/wds, sccm is a big ol beast, you'll need a proper server for that!
