Groan. Glad I handed them my notice a couple of weeks ago. Will miss the decent internet speeds but I couldn't put up with the crap any more. Pulling teeth would be paradise compared to speaking to their support to find out why stuff isn't working yet again, or why my bill has gone up £10 a month yet half the channels we watch have disappeared.

Well I had 8 times before Christmas of the internet hoping down. I'm now trying to get away from VM after 13 years!

 

How on earth do you put a dB on the public Internet anyway? Change management? Common sense?

Nothing here

 

TBH they have been very good - very few failures.

 

Except mobile reception which is not good but that is the fault of EE not Virgin (except that Virgin choose to use EE)
