Hi guys

Schools just purchased a bunch of laptops purely for home use only - its for special needs students / low income type

Non of them are domain joined they are for setup standalone with standard office and internet giving the student local login as a power user

Going to install meraki to manage the laptops

The students will keep them for a year then bring it back to the school

Does anyone have any suggestion or recommendation on clearing them down each time we get them back?

Previously the tutors was just deleting user profiles down and documents

We could create a WDS image and then just reimage them each time they bring it back, however we work for an LEA and the teachers wont know how to use WDS or know how to update the Image

Anyone have any recommendations or solutions?

If you set them up in Intune using AutoPilot you could use AutoPilot Reset to wipe the device at any time and allow it to auto enrol back in as a managed device

lets hope they don't uninstall meraki if they are power users then!

I think you've hit the nail on the head, clearing profiles ins't enough if they are power users. it needs to be reimaged. WDS is your best option and they will just need to pay for someone to update the image and train staff to deploy the image.
