Second Email desktop notifications

Does anyone know how to get desktop alerts for a second email account which has been added in outlook. Outlook only seems to show desktop notifications for the primary account. Looked around on google and tried some rules but nothing works.

Add it as a second outlook profile, not as as a shared mailbox from the original profile.

Yep done that already and it still chooses to only notify primary inbox. Seems to be a limitation in outlook after reading some threads.

I've had this exact issue and definitely fixed it. I think I additionally used a outlook rule to do a screen pop on the second mailbox.
