OK, weird one that is infuriating and puzzling. I cannot browse to pmx.parentmail.co.uk. I get the screen below. Any other machine goes to it fine, just not mine. I am using Windows 10 Edu 1803, Google Chrome 74.0.3729.108.

I have:

- Cleared all cache for parentmail

- Cleared all cache and cookies on all browsers

- Tried Edge

- Tried IE

- Reimaged machine (not because of this problem!)

- Checked filter logs

- Tried contacting ParentMail support

What else could I try? I mean, I don't use it that often and it's no biggie to pull out my macbook air, it's just... not right though.

Thanks in advance. Enjoy the below screenshot of the balloons.

Only because you haven't mentioned, why not try Chrome or Firefox. Also try both Incognito Mode and Private Browsing in both.

I did take a look at this... if it has js in there, does it mean it uses Java? I'm gonna try and install the latest version (although I'm sure I did it the other day). *edit* installing Java did not work.

Chrome is my main browser OF COURSE ;)

Incognito does nothing, exactly the same.

Sorry my bad I should have read your post properly! I blame it on lack of sleep! (Watched the midnight showing of Avengers last night!)

Absolutely! Awesome film! A real gift to the fans nicely concluding the 22 movie story arc.

No, JS is JavaScript.

Go to the Console tab and reload the page, see what errors you get.

There are a lot of things coming up in the Network tab... I don't know how best to get it across really.

Seems that (maybe) it can't load the JS it needs? Very weird as it only happens on your PC.

What's special about that PC? Different DNS settings, different Internet connection, anything like that? Does it work if you log in on that PC as a test user?

Posted

Just logged in as another user, exactly the same. IP address is DHCP like all the other machines. My machine is in the computers OU along with the rest of the school machines. It was a member of the KMS group, this is old hat though, so I've just removed it. Maybe that could have had an effect? Doesn't being a KMS server do something in DNS?

I'll give it a reboot now and see what happens.
