You would have to work with a partner of iTS or to keep things smooth pick the company that also provides the copiers to avoid having to contact multiple companies for support.

gbtb Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 We also used BIST through iTS for our Ricoh copiers which replaced Xerox last summer, support through iTS has always been good when needed.
