  1. They do yes, good find I hadn't spotted that status update. Oddly this has been an issue for a couple of weeks and not just recently so I thought it was the more generic users unable to search mailboxes issue which was previously closed.
  2. We have the exact same issue, MS had an issue which appeared to be similar to the issue we are experiencing however this has since been resolved but the user is still unable to search. I had planned to open a case with MS when i get chance.
  3. We moved to Arbor last Summer along with all other schools within the trust. Migration went smoothly with a few hiccups regarding linked documents. My advice would be to check these carefully, they seemed to have issues with custom document types (we had one in SIMS called Medical Evidence as the type) and these would not migrate over. Make sure all staff have completed the most basic of training so are able to use the system for basic functions and then build from there. Finally, make sure you check everyone's business roles and permissions, we had issues with people having more access than we would have liked (for example an Admin assistant by default had permission to view all staff HR data).
  4. We use SignInApp with Arbor, there are a few limitations but nothing which we cant work around. It will write back attendance to the first period of the day rather than the AM Roll Call mark. For PM it writes back to the first session in the afternoon. For us this isn't an issue as P1 is used for AM and P4 is used for PM marks in our setup.
  5. We use Securly (Filter and Aware) for our filtering and monitoring here, works across all devices from Windows to iOS. You can either push out the settings using SmartPAC to the managed devices and also DNS level filtering is available. Reporting and alerting are good, and they also offer a paid for monitoring service (On-Call) where they will monitor and alert via telephone for serious issues.

  7. That was the first thing I tried yesterday and it didn't seem to have any effect, i have just tried again this morning and it now appears to have worked. Thanks for the suggestion
  8. I have just updated our MDT deployment with the latest version of MDT, ADK and WinPE, all appears fine with one exception.... the WinPE environment is set to the US keyboard layout and this was not the case before the update. Has anyone come across this issue before? I have checked my Rules (CustomSettings.ini) and Bootstrap.ini files and added in sections to the settings (below) but the WinPE environment appears to be ignoring them. Has anyone got any ideas? KeyboardLocale=0809:00000809 KeyboardLocalePE=0809:00000809 UserLocale=en-GB InputLocale=0809:00000809 SystemLocale=en-GB UILanguage=en-GB Edit. I have deleted and updated the share and boot images after each change i have made.
  9. It would make life much easier, i currently cant see a way to apply this to new users automatically either so will have to continually check for users who do not have the right policies applied. Before the Teams admin center you used to be able to set your settings in Office 365 per license type which made life much easier.
  10. We have assigned a policy to our users by just filtering to the users we wanted in Teams Admin users section (we did this as all students usernames begin with a number so we could filter on each number) then selecting all and changing the messaging policy applied. It did miss a few out however i checked by filtering to users who did not have the policy applied i had selected.
  11. We have just started to use Every (Every school software for contracts, maintenance, assets & procurement : Every Compliance Management), it looks to be working well considering it has only been in use a week so far and our site team seem to like it. It has a module based approach with ones for things such as issue recording and assets.
  12. We had exactly the same issue, in the end i ended up using our department mobile number and then editing the account once created to use an email address and removed the mobile number.
  13. The Captive Portal login page hadn't been carried across following the issues with NetSweeper, once the page was reinstated everything came back to life.
  14. Our issue was resolved shortly after Dave chased it up for us and we are back up and running as before.
