You could use a network audit tool on a free trial. We use Lansweeper which has an excellent SQL reporting facility and would be able to interrogate things like OS version. It is completely client free too, so just install it on your server and let it scan all switche don machines on the network.

You can use an AD query too - so go to Saved Queries in AD (at the top of the list), select New->Query, give it a name, Define Query, choose Custom Search from the list. Then select Field, Computer->Operating System Version->Is (exactly) and enter 10.0 (17134). Save the query. When you click on it, it'll give you the list. You can then export that to a CSV etc, or just get the number by right clicking on the lot of them and going to Properties.
