Leading independent education charity with superb educational facilities and a state of the art network requires an excellent engineer / technician / IT professional to support the delivery of 1st class learning. This prestigious school has a long history and rarely recruits staff, which is a testament to its professional and caring ethos to pupils and staff alike

 

This role is to provide 1st and 2nd tier support across the school in a variety of technologies from the helpdesk and in the classrooms, supporting other senior and junior colleagues (in particular the SQL/iSAMS developer), provide customer focussed support, carry out IT inductions and user software training and follow the established policies and procedures at all time.

 

Technologies in the school include windows server 2012/2016, VMware, Veeam, apple mac, office, 365, AD, DNS, SCCM, airwatch, Google apps (g suite), iSAMS, SQL, ASP.

 

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SQL to support the iSAMS developer
