Office setting username and initials to logged on user

Is there away of setting the username and initials in office by using registry or group policy. I have looked all over the internet and cannot find any useful information. I have attach a picture below of what I mean. I have tried %username% and it didn't work.

We set value for HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\UserInfo\UserInitials and HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\UserInfo\Username for Office via GPP registry settings, with the %username% set in each.

 

Works in both windows 7 and windows 10. Initial is just the first letter of the username which is fine for us

We do this, but set the initials to a 3 letter code for the school e.g. HSW if I was running the network at Hogwarts. Also set the Company key to the school name.
