I've been busy for the last three weeks since getting back from a training course implementing everything I've learnt and just finally having time to stop and think a little and want to pop this recommendation in for Neos IT Training in Worcester ( NEOS IT Training Ltd ).

I attended a 5 day System Centre Configuration Manager course and communication before and after has been brilliant, well looked after with hot/cold drinks, biscuits and lunches throughout and the training by a qualified Microsoft Trainer with extensive real world experience of the product was excellent and really well delivered, paying attention to the skills, knowledge and aims of all the candidates and tailoring the training to our needs.

This is the first time I have been, but I have had 2 staff go on the Windows Server 2012 R2 "Server Administration" and "Active Directory and Group Policy" courses previously, always with positive feedback.

I will definitely call Neos first for any future training needs - highly recommended.

Worcester has become like a home away from home for me over the last few years, having done several courses with NEOS. I love their real-world 'This is what it says in the manual... but what they don't tell you is...' approach to teaching and learning. The trainers will always listen to the needs of trainees and will put emphasis on those areas accordingly. I just hope I get the opportunity to take a few more courses after our new head starts in September.

@Leeoakley - I'm hoping to pop down for the beer festival at the racecourse in August, so I'll give you a shout.

Edit: Oh, and good to meet you @gomalley.

Let me know if you make it down, I will have to see if I can swipe a company card. Entertaining guests at a beer festival ;) must be a thing.....right?

We've just received notification via our finance team that NEOS has entered administration? (as in is being folded up?)

We had about 18 days of a training passport left with them but I understand the situation they must of been in post COVID etc.

I'd just like to thank Lee and the NEOS instructors for the excellent training they have provided to both me and our staff in the past.

Truly sorry to see you go guys, will miss the away days in Worcester.

Best of luck with whatever you guys move onto.

Best Wishes

Steve

Oh, no! Gutted!

I also had some training days in reserve, but with one thing and another, it's been difficult for me to arrange anything for the last few years.

Thanks for everything, guys; not just the excellent training, but the camaraderie and introducing me to the wonderful city of Worcester.

@Leeoakley - I'll PM you mobile number. If you still have access to email notifications, I'll let you know when I'm in the area. It would be great to catch up.

Wishing you all the very best.

Gutted. @Leeoakley was a fantastic advocate for training for IT Support and did a heck of a lot to get things running well for FITS.

Stay in touch and hope you and the team find the right solutions for you all.
