I replaced the motherboard and managed to get the server up and running with only one good working cpu. The processor I require is. AMD Opteron os2356wal4bgh GAAFB AA 0809fpaw 9461133c80177 If anyone has one of the lying around or even a matching pair of similar processors they may like to sell then please let me know. round2it Posted March 14, 2017 Author Posted March 14, 2017 I have seen that one and the codes do not match so I did not want to risk buying it. Im sure Dave can drag a couple out of a skip its for a dell poweredge 2970, I was going to look at faster processors also time to google the motherboard specs I suppose

Cleared some old send messages out. lets see if that helps. Also @round2it I've got a pair of Six Core 2435 2.60GHz opterons here. Tenner each delivered?
