Urgent- Password problems on Home Acess+.

Hello,

 

Whenever I log onto Home acces + it tells me that either my password or username is wrong. I've forgotten my details and need to log on urgently. I can't reset my password as I'm not in school(I've tried to contact them but it was not possible. Can someone please come up with a solution, I've though of everything and I have no idea what my password is.

Only your IT team will be able to resolve this as its connected to your school account. At a guess, your password has expired, and that is why you cannot login. As above try and make contact with the school. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to find the email address of your IT department / manager and send them a message?

@User1999 there is no way anyone on here will recommend anything other than speaking to the IT professionals in charge of the system you are trying to access.

 

Even if we did know a solution it would not be disclosed publicly to a stranger.
