BUMP. BUMP BUMP BUMP

Hello, Whenever I log onto Home acces + it tells me that either my password or username is wrong. I've forgotten my details and need to log on urgently. I can't reset my password as I'm not in school(I've tried to contact them but it was not possible. Can someone please come up with a solution, I've though of everything and I have no idea what my password is.
