Who's using the Arena Group for copiers? General Feedback?

We've spoken to some present and past Arena customers (and poked around on here for pros / cons) and we've seen a mix of responses. Some of you I've spoken to privately.

 

That said, who's currently using the Arena Group for copier rental and maintenance? PM if you don't want to air laundry in public.

 

• What do they do well?
  
• What do they do poorly?
  
• What made you pick them vs the other candidates?
  
• All other things being equal, would you use them again?

we have them and they a quite good.

We looked into them at my last place and they were runner up in a procurement exercise.

 

They seemed generally OK. We did have to call their sales person out on some cheeky wording which made colour copies seem overly cheap because they were quoting them per colour per sheet, not full colour. We didn't go with them in the end, but it was because another company came along with better kit and marginally better pricing.

We're using them, great service. I like how the consumables arrive automatically when they're running low.
