Hi all, Hope this is the right place for this.

Been happening a over a week now that when I try and browse the Edugeek website using Chrome it hangs and crashes.

I have uninstalled Chrome and cleared the cache and plugins and re-installed via a fresh download but it still crashes.

Switch IE 11 and Edugeek works fine.

Anyone had an issue lately?

Had a teacher whose Chrome wasn't working properly, and I had renamed her folder in AppData\Local\Google\Chrome to old, which forced a new profile and cured the problem. Not sure if this does more than clearing the cache etc.

No issues here.

No issues on my other station that has been updated for Chrome either.

That is odd. Is it the same for other computers at your place of work? Is this a laptop that you could take home? [Test the same machine with another Internet connection]

what happens if you browse in Guest mode or create another Chrome user profile (Settings menu, People sub option)?

It's my laptop that I use all the time, thinking of moving to Win10, just an odd one really, does it at my other schools as well and at home.

Might be just a buggy Windows OS now.

What changes have you made recently, apart from those you have already mentioned (Apart from those changes to Chrome you made when trying to find the problem)
