Eclipse.net - Circulate Error

Hi,

 

When trying to run Circulate on Eclipse.net. it comes up with a open or save box. I try to open it and opens in adobe with an error. Struggling to find a reason for this.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd agree with Bald_Pig.

Are you using iexpore? or Firefox or something else? Pretty sure it's Silverlight based and only works in ie. We've had all kinds of issues caused by the library staff trying to use it in Firefox.

The problem with this software and its counterpart (junior) is that it hasn't been updated in some time (The updated Silverlight version caused more problems than its worth), it's also not cross browser supported.

 

From the error, it looks like your on a much older version from early 2012 (before the change to Silverlight). Circulate has lost its association to the libraryclient.exe located on the server you have eclipse installed. Log into the MLS website and download circulate/ libraryclient again, install and this should correct it, if not you will have to go into file associations and remove it yourself then re-run the install.
