I'd agree with Bald_Pig. Are you using iexpore? or Firefox or something else? Pretty sure it's Silverlight based and only works in ie. We've had all kinds of issues caused by the library staff trying to use it in Firefox.

Just want to add my 2 cents here... So far my experience with them has been terrible! I took over as IT Manager again about 75% of the way though the project. Build time for website took 3 months longer then expected! I think this is because they slacked off once they realized my predecessor was leaving and put the project on the back burner. They've insisted there have been no delays, while providing a timetable of events that shows website build took 3 month while telling me each phase is meant to take a month.. Only a slight contradiction there. Their CMS system is, in my opinion not great, certainly no better then other open source CMS systems available. And finally their communication was abysmal. Looking at how much was paid (all up front) I really can't see why I'd recommend them. For the cost you could hire a web designer and have a word-press site built. Really rather worried once the contract for hosting is up how much it will be to keep the site up (just hosting) I highly doubt we'll be able to have their proprietary CMS system installed on a self hosted server if they want too much money to continue hosting it for us. And to echo the issues with getting any changes made to the website.

Wow.. Though in your deffense at least you had a cabinate to being with, I've seen a fair few switches and patch panlels left in plenum spaces in my time due to lack of cab space, not good at all!

Hi All, We're trying to get a zip file of all our shared documents out of Frog 3. In Frog there's the option for us to export folders as a zip file but this has a 200mb limit on it and the file has to be downloaded after being zipped. Given the size of some of the folders there has to be an easier way of getting this out! Frog support are being helpful as aways , and refusing to give us the files we're asking for in a zip. The "main reason we cannot do this is because we don’t want it to be almost a huge file drop of information that will not be used/ looked at/ needed in FrogLearn" so it would seem to me quite clear that this is not a technical limitation for Frog, merely an political one. We've explained that the files currently on Frog 3 are going to move to a network shared drive so that we can retire frog 3 and move over fully to FrogOS. Any help or advice would be great, Thanks
