Cloud backup - How much do you backup? What do you backup? Rough cost?

I am reviewing our current backup strategy and cloud backup is one option I am looking at.

 

I wondered if people would be happy to share the answers to the following questions?

 

1. How much data do you backup?
   
2. What do you backup? All user directories, all shared drives, just system states etc?
   
3. Rough idea of cost?
   
4. Provider?

One of our academies uses Datasafe max backup, purchased through a company called Tektoo in Burnley. They backup all data and virtual sims server (VMWare but also backs up Hyper V) total comes to around 1Tb. They charge per 500Gb I think, currently the school pays £400 per qtr.
