Office 365 A1 Plus for faculty licences missing!
Matt_Renato replied to CommodoreS's topic in Cloud Services
Are you able to add these licenses yourself? If you log into the Office 365 admin portal and select Billing > Purchase Services can you see the A1 licenses there? -
I think it's pretty cheeky that Nintendo have made the included game a download code and not a physical copy. I'm not a great fan of these types of bundles as you've got no way of selling the game on later.

Not a Black Friday deal but if you know anyone who works or attends a uni they can sign up at www.studentbeans.com and get a 10% discount code for the Nintendo Store. The terms and conditions say that you can't use it on consoles, but I managed to get the discount to apply on a build your own bundle deal.

There is a clone that outputs HDMI which received some better reviews It doesn't have the built in games, but you can play most original titles.

Hi Norphy, As NB9457 has correctly stated, once the client has made an initial connection to the server all data is routed through your local network. The only time the clients would be sending screenshot data over your internet connection would be if you were viewing the devices from outside your network. As the product is cloud based it does require internet access to operate, so depending on the reliability of your internet connection this might be an issue. However there is no need for a server on site which you have the job of backing-up and upgrading.

I've had this working on Windows 7 clients successfully. Occasionally things break when Microsoft change things, but it only takes about 5 minutes to download the new script update your environment.

Take a look at this OneDriveMapper | Liebensraum if you are after a free solution or want something to test with a small group of users before deciding on going down the route of a paid solution.

Have a look at this and see if it helps https://blog.kloud.com.au/2016/05/24/configuring-proxy-for-azure-ad-connect-v1-1-105-0-and-above/

Ouch! I guess the moral of the story is to make sure you aren't low on fuel at the ports.

There wasn't much difference when I was over there last week. We filled up at the Morrisons in Lake and it was only a couple of pence more expensive per litre than what I pay locally.

SEGA Forever: Free retro SEGA games for iOS and Android

Anyone know if these have Android TV support? I'd love to get some Sonic running on my Nvidia Shield. -
Notepad++ - My favourite application when it comes to editing scripts / config files. The syntax highlighting makes editing much easier and it's got a handy plugin system which allows you to do a whole host of other cool stuff.

I haven't used Tomcat in a few years, but if my memory is correct you should be able to change the settings in server.xml (take a back-up in case you break something). If you haven't got a copy already I'd recommend installing Notepad++ and using that to edit the file as the syntax highlighting makes reading the code much easier. Once you have made the changes you'll need to restart the Tomcat services to apply them.
