What am I missing? You aren't missing a thing that's the actual price. They're an sff chassis so they're always going to be cheaper than the towers due to a smaller PSU denying you access to the really good gfx cards. That and we got them at a really really good price!! Its DVD not DVDRW, all the CPUs and RAM in the world cant make up for that Ignore my last... This is definitely the real reason they're so cheap 16 core 128GB Z820 would have set you back 12k odd when new so 2.5 aint bad! And the rest...
